With a truly holistic and globally savvy outlook, I combine deep capabilities in communication, change management and emotional intelligence with my background in Human Resources and Operational leadership.

Whether I am delivering a keynote speech, designing or facilitating a training program, working individually with C-level execs or helping set a strategy for change, I bring my skills, knowledge, experience, sensitivity and, above all, flexibility to the table. And it's all done with a generous dose of British humor and good ol' fashioned common sense.

I've worked with many psychometric and team assessment tools including DiSC, Social Style, Five Dysfunctions of a Team and more. I like to think I've figured out which ones work best for different situations and clients, and which are able to combine theory with the real world of work.

Being a born-and-raised Brit, with US nationality, I work extensively across the different American, European and Latin American cultures and understand there can be a big difference between how things ‘should’ look on paper and how it actually plays out in your office on a daily basis.

I've worked across many industries, sizes of organizations and structures. While there are definitely common themes in the challenges faced in today's workplace, I'm also a firm believer in recognizing the uniqueness of every team and situation.
