What is Girls’ Night In?
This virtual book club is the brainchild of coaches Sarah and Ellen, both of whom are passionate about supporting aspiring, purpose-driven women – those hard-charging women who sometimes find themselves on the hamster wheel of life. Sarah and Ellen’s goal is to offer a once-a-week breather for women who need to find more time to nurture themselves, have fun and enjoy the company and support of others.

Each Girl’s Night In session will feature a book suggested by our members or one we select based on what our coaching clients are telling us.

We promise you lots of interaction, discussion and laughter - we are doing this for fun, after all!

Establishing Boundaries

This past year has forced all of us to pivot and many women have been forced to carry the lion’s share of the family and career responsibilities. Women are finding a need to set new boundaries around working at home, childcare and even just space for five minutes of peace. We are having to set boundaries around issues that didn't even exist this time last year.

Join us – over three weeks -- as we discuss how to protect yourself and take back control of your boundaries.

We promise you lots of interaction, discussion and laughter - we are doing this for fun, after all!
